An industrial style loft, designed for different functions: relaxation, meetings with friends, meals and work. The great corner sofa speaks about the pleasure of receiving/host, while several elements allow us to imagine an habitant who loves art and sports; who enjoys a home with real fire, or a few drinks at the bar.

The Art of Praxis lets us to imagine this person: his playful spirit and his aesthetic through the 4 Gaspar Libedinsky´s artworks, and the large Platz painting of geometric lines in gray and white palette.

Materials:

Technology and industrial production coexist with natural and sustainable materials. The iron beams and the existing columns were treated with a gray ferromicaceous graphite coating of Tersuave. The wall in shades of wood and simil-concrete stone, the natural wood planking floor and the wallpaper with vegetal print repeated on two walls, proposed a return to the sources, in contact with the natural.

The furniture from the new Calligaris´s line stand out accompanied by other more neutral pieces of different textures. Ohmio Gallery accompanies us with restored mid-century objects, such as the black screen, the bar cart, the luminaires on the table and standing and the original Platner chair in steel wire. The Increa hanging hammock, made of organic fibers, dialogues with chairs in high-tech Calligaris polycarbonate material in amber color.

Kohen Iluminación put the accent with its spots applied ad hoc, and the tube-shaped pendants on the tables mark the work / eating and relaxing spaces.

The "envelope" was completed with Mihran rugs, made of synthetic textile materials and geometric drawings.

The objects of George Home Couture and Salazar complement the setting, of purely masculine cut, with a sophisticated touch.
