A Finales de Agosto en Buenos Aires se vivió una nueva edición del Famoso Buenos Aires Fashion Week. El evento reunió a los mejores diseñadores de Argentina que presentaron sus colecciones SS19.

By the end of August, in Buenos Aires, there was a new edition of the famous Buenos Aires Fashion Week. The event brought together the best designers from Argentina who presented their SS19 collections

Es una de mis preferidas. La pasarela se vistió de tonos celestes, amarillos y rosas. Sin caer en pasteles o flúos los tonos fueron alegres y vibrantes. Las estampas muy a tono con la temporada, se caracterizo por diseños relacionados a la naturaleza, al mar, la playa y por supuesto al alto verano.

It is one of my favorites. The runway was dressed in blue, yellow and pink tones. Without falling into pastels or flúos the tones were cheerful and vibrant. The prints reflected the season, which was characterized by designs related to nature, the sea, the beach and of course the high summer.

Los collares de caracoles completaron el look veraniego. The shell necklaces completed the summer look.

MISHKA

Con un toque retro, Miska también mostró color en la pasarela. Los naranjas, mostazas, marrones y dorados fueron un must en todos los looks que vimos.

With a retro touch, Miska also showed color on the runway. The oranges, mustards, browns and golden were a must in most looks.

Las tramas y texturas en sus carteras y zapatos nos remiten a la raphia de las carteras que luego vimos en París de la mano de la gran cartera oversize de Jacquemus.

The paterns design and textures in their bags and shoes refer us to the raphia bags that we later saw later in Paris with the large oversized bag of Jacquemus

VALDEZ

Guillermina (La diseñadora), corto el look romántico de su blusa de plumeti con un cinturón de cuero ancho.

Mucho mas moderno fue el look de Valdez. La marca de zapatos cautivo a todos con su variedad de modelos.

Much more modern was the look of Valdez. The shoe brand captivated everyone with its variety of models.

Tacos aguja, botas altas con punteras contrastante, brillo y glamour...pero ¿también mocasines, zapatillas chatas y texanas? La colección de Valdez va desde cómodas zapatillas hasta las plataformas mas altas lo sorprendente es la versatilidad en sus diseños.

High heels, boots with contrasting colors, glitter and glamor ... but also loafers, flat shoes and Texans? The Valdez collection explores from comfortable shoes to the highest platforms. It is surprising the brands versatility.

Bestia

Blanco, mostaza, lavanda y naranja. La colección de Bestia se llamo "Naufragio en la Bristol" ("La Bristol", es uno de los balnearios mas concurridos y populares de la Argentina. Pero para nada glamosoro o cool!)

White, mustard, lavender and orange. The collection of Bestia was called "Shipwreck in the Bristol" ("The Bristol", is one of the most popular turist spot in Argentina, but not glamorous or cool at all!)

House of the matching colors

El cierre del bafweek lo hizo la colección de The House of the Matching colors. La pasarela se lleno tul, raso, plumetti y vestidos largos. Aunque lo que mas llamo la atención fueron las pelucas rubias y los maquillajes estridentes.

THOTMC también mostró colores claros como los lavandas y rosas en su paleta.

The closing runway of the bafweek was made by the collection of The House of the Matching colors. The runway was filled with tulle, satin, plumetti and long dresses. Although what It call the most attention were the blond wigs and the strident make-up. THOTMC also showed light colors like lavenders and roses on its palette
